  • aww :(

  • (╯`□′)╯ Whyyyyyyy? Why must he die?

  • in dedication to the little bunny like this comment

  • Awww his gawwwjj... Sorry to hear that he passed.

  • Aww! He looks like he's walking on his tiptoes (:

At least we know that he was very happy when he was still alive!

  • It looks unhealthy.disoriented.

  • I didn't realize how smaller dwarf rabbits could be an issue... we got ours from the pet shop (one of two pets we've gotten from a pet-shop, by the way, so I don't get mauled XD). They said they were having trouble selling her because she was the runt of the litter. We took her home and this dwarf is still kicking after nine years.

  • @darkkit1994 This one is a 'Peanut'. It means they're underdeveloped. 'Runts' are just smaller in size, but they're healthy. People still don't know why 'peanuts' happen, but it is 100% fatal. They think it's due to underdeveloped digestive tracts.

  • He looks like a disgruntled baby llama. Nom nom nom

  • what the hell is he doing in that thing..??? he seems so lost :[[[[

  • Don't they stay with their mothers? Why are they taken away at two weeks old? That's terrible.

  • I feel so bad i hope you are doin ok

  • i have a peanut rite now. he is 4 days old and is still kickin.

  • rest in peace..

  • aww im so sorry she was so cute rest in peace

  • rest in peace :(

  • I cried when I watched this video...This reminds me of my holland lop. She was gone in few weeks ago due to intestial parasites...

  • @siowjenn i feel so sorry for you, i will be getting a rabbit but it may be a giant one, i mean..a really really big one, i hope it lives a long life :S

  • @AngieCupCake88 It's ok..She died 1 day after I got her...it's the pet shop owner's fault for not providing clean surrounding for bunnies (causing the bunny had parasites) but I couldn't return her and get my money back as I know they will just let her die..So I took her to vet but she still couldn't make it..she used her last breath to kick me when I was trying to force feed her. *SAD* by the way,Good luck to you!!!

  • @siowjenn Thank you, and that was brave trying to save it

  • Poor thing, rest in peace

  • Aww. It's a baby. So cute!

  • ouuuhh rabbits are so cute !!! <3

  • so so so so so so cute

  • awh :(

  • I love you little bunny!!

  • heck yeah, sweet new age/ pop music in the background!

  • amazing

  • @ipodtouch4gen I'm afraid he is correct, for Peanut Lops are born with the double dwarf gene, this rare case causes them to be born too small, and with bone abnormalities such as a lump on the skull and a crossing of the back legs that doesn't let them hop and forces them to walk (which causes them great pain and discomfort), they usually die due to one of the many malformations (ex. circulatory failure)

  • aww so sad :( cute though

  • The reason they die young is because of the way they are bred...to be that small. It's completely inhumane and wrong.

  • @Barfetta3000 tho select breading in this case causes a more frequent spawn of peanuts it's not uncommon to see peanuts born form other non dwarf rabbits and hares such as the European hare (a virtually human-effect free species)

  • RIP! :( Poor little bun-bun! :(

  • i have one of those! Its 3.5 weeks old and is about that size! ..so frinkin cute!

  • what is a peanut

  • So cute! Too bad the poor little thing died :'(

  • poor little peanuts :(

  • Rest In Peace Mr Tiny Peanut

  • xSarahxBabeex no this isnt a netherland dwarf.. a lot of people say that the small rabbit is a netherland dwarf, BUT it is a netherland dwarf depending on the shape NOT THE SIZE.. Oh yeah, good guess though.. And this looks like a bunny my cousins offered to me but i declined. T-T

  • Hi, why can't peanuts survive more than 9 weeks???

  • Aw this video made me smile then I read he died and it killed my buzz.

  • Stop breeding them!

  • my bunnys name is peannut hes a netherland dwarf and a couple years old

  • IT'S SO FLUFFFEEEEE!!!! :O!!!!

  • Actuall the mini lop can get bigger than the Holland lop so it's not the smallest

  • awwww adorable!

  • awww they are so cute but i have no idea what a lop isssssssssssssssssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!! llllllllllloooolll ;o

  • @melbearable lop is short for lop eared, like there are mini lop the smallest, then dwarf lop alittle bigger, then french which is the largest there may be a few more but im not sure

  • That is so so cute!

  • That has to be the most adorable ball of fluff I've ever seen! X3

  • naww, Thats soo sad , Can you guyz please not have a conversation on a comments page . its annoyinq!

  • what do you mean by he's a peanut ?

  • @TheUrbanRunner when they call a rabbit a peanut it means he is sort of the runt of a litter they are extremely small and underdeveloped and often die

  • @KittyNinjaPiper oh yer kinda pridectable aint it lol dont know y i didnt think bout that lol tnx

  • oh loveley..........

  • ohhhhhhhh its sooo cute!

    i'm heartbroken

  • I'm heartbroken.

  • the poor baby!

  • you guys are idiots... they don't breed peanuts on purpose.

  • People don't breed them on purpose, they are born among healthy babies, but they are born underdeveloped, so that's why they die. Breeders don't say "HAY! Let's breed Peanuts! They're fun while they last, lol!" They just happen.

  • Oh wow - so adorable! It's really terrible that they die so soon. Seems like a bit of a waste to breed them if they rarely live 'till 2 weeks...

  • lol look up what a peanut is before you reply. People dont breed them that way, its just some turn out that way because they are born undeveloped. That still doesn't take away from their cuteness though!!! =]

  • OHHH hehehe i see lol

  • why do people breed them if they die so soon in life?

  • He was a peanut. He was the 25% of dwarf rabbits that are born very small and die quickly. He was lucky he survived that long.

  • umm im happy that you have a freaky chihuaua?

  • No. No your not happy

  • sure i am!

  • Comment removed

  • Peanuts are not bred the way they are.. some just turn out that way. 25% of them do. Its the way they are and we can't really do anything to stop it. Trust me, if we knew how to stop it we would! It is quite a shame they have to die so young, but its how it is.

  • I didn't know the person was talking about runts. I thought he was talking about defects normally associated with being a lop bunny. =_= It was a misunderstanding.

Hate it when people swarm me for misunderstandings.

  • oops. sorry! I dont know much in life, but things I do, I tend to brag a bit lol sorry :)

  • No it's okay, it wasn't you, (I think). It's just that people gave me thumbs down for a comment that was a misunderstanding. X_X

  • I did not say people bred runts on purpose. I meant people bred mini lops on purpose. It's somewhat sad to me that certain breeds of animals that have higher rates of defects are being bred, like mini lops, or other animals. Like certain breeds of animals bred to have wanted characteristics sometimes can have physical setbacks, or higher chances of having runts. That's what I meant.

  • wierd kinmju

  • extremely cute , shame his life span was short

  • RIP Mini Lop.

  • super cute

  • R.I.P. little one :(

  • poor baby, he is really cute, sad he died at 5 weeks though

  • aww

  • Poor peanut. :c I'm getting a little mini lop! c:

  • So sad that something that cute has to die.

  • its walk ist so cute

  • CUTE!:D

  • i dont understand what a peanut is?

((pertaining to a bunny of course))

can you please explain? and why dont they survive as long?

  • It's a genetic disorder. Peanuts are born with compromised digestive and immune systems, which is why they die so quickly. They're actually pretty common in smaller breeds.

  • AWW!!! So sad about the short survival rates because they are so damn cute!

  • whats a peanut?

  • Dwarfs have two genes:

    DW - non dwarf

    dw - dwarf

A DWdw is a true dwarf whereas a DWDW is a lot larger.

In mating between a DWdw & a DWdw there is a:

50% chance of DWdw - true dwarf

25% chance DWDW - larger dwarf

    25% chance dwdw - peanut

  • no one is gonna understand lol. but good to know this stuff just in case your son has different appearance and your suspicious your wife is cheating lol.

  • lol in other words it means they are born with an undeveloped system and die within two weeks or so. About 25% of all bunnys usually are peanuts. Its sad, but true.

  • @TheKarlez thats scary my rabbit is gonna have babys soon and im worried that alot of them are gonna die now D:

  • Oh no don't worry about. First,. they have to be bred by dwarfs, two dwarfs, and if they are, you might. But don't worry about it, it usually doesn't happen. If you want m ore information, you could call the vet to see if theres anything you could do to try to prevent it.

  • ooooh ok good thing my girl rabbit isn't a dwarf then! thanks

  • cute

  • aww Rest in Peace little fella! I love you!

  • aww, so sad, but still very cute. i have two rabbits of my own

  • lol, it took me the whole video to realise this is australian XD That really is a tiny bunny!

  • I JUST GOT A DWARF BUNNY !!!!

  • ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh he died? that is sad but he was so cute to die :( !!

  • oh my goodness! that is THE cutest bunny i have EVER seen!

  • Cute bunny!

he died? Thats SO sad!!! =(

  • aww thats so cute :)

    its ashame he died.

My one of my aunties baby rabbits was a peanut. And he is 1 year old now! Hes a miracle bunny!

And guess wat he's name is....

    Peanut! :P

  • he looks like a little spider going around adorable!!!

  • ohh he was so lovely, why did he die? i wanna cry :(

  • He died because he was a peanut.. a peanut is not a breed. its a rabbit that was born undeveloped. They usually only live 2 weeks, he was lucky to have lived 5. They are extremely tiny, and sadly, know one knows why they are born that way or how to stop it. So it is as it is...

  • Thats just a little smaller than the size of your typical DWARF babies! so adorable!

And asforall these certai death theories, I dont think so!

I breed the little things and have come accross such many times! Just wein it VERY carefully onto a formulated milk for baby bunnies, as the bit about the genetics is true as such it will not help to allow it too much of mother's milk.

  • A peanut is a baby rabbit who's gotten a double whamming of the dwarf gene from it's parents. So it's too small and they always die

  • This is absolutely adorable.

he's like on his tip toes when walking.

    so sad he died :[

  • i love his eyes

  • oh what a cute little bunny im so sorry to hear he has died. :(

  • can someone tell me what a peanut is??? i mean like i eat them and all but i dont think a rabbit can be a peanut...?

  • lol its a type of rabbit that is born undeveloped. About 25% of all dwarf rabbits are born a peanut. Its sad, they usually only live to be about 2 weeks old

  • Aww he is so cute. Isn't he a netherland dwarf becuz i breed mini's nethies and lionheads and he has really small ears..is this cuz hes a peanut? :(

  • I is because he is a peanut that he has such small ears

  • So sad that the peanut died. He was precious.

  • Unfortunately the genetic disorder that this rabbit inherited claimed his little life the other day. His cuteness will be sadly missed.

  • @GreenPatchRabbits omigosh srsly? poor little thing. didnt deserve to die :'(

  • So.

    Damn.

    Adorable.

NO! I don't want him to die! :'[

  • he is the cutest thing ever, they are so tiny! yeah, how come:(?

  • Aww hes lovely! :D:D

How come they dont live for long?:) x
