The reason people "knock" her is because of the life she lived, maybe not so much now but before. Her intial involvement with Brad is surrounded by suspicious and deceitful circumstances. She is ridiculously loaded with money and people can't deal with that knowledge at the same time of knowing that she donates and raises awareness. It's just the way people calculate things. Most people are genuinely ignorant and stupid, so it's not a surprise. Angelina has always wanted to travel to these places to help, now she has to money to do it and make a difference, if only for a few people.

I've done volunteer charity work on my gap year and she is brilliant. What she does is focus peoples attention on a specific area/problem. She could be doing what Paris Hilton or Kim Kardashian do and just party all the time buts shes out there helping. Easy to sit around and criticise but shes done a great deal more than you.
