Having sex for women is a risky behavior just like smoking cigarettes. Before you get health insurance you are asked whether you smoke and if you check yes you should be denied (or have higher rates). So if you want health insurance you should be asked whether you have sex and if you say yes and could become pregnant (women aged 13 to 50) then you should be denied (or have higher rates).
