I remember when my friend gave me this game as a birthday gift (big thanks to him), and I started the game up. When it began with you entering the Mario Land Lobby, I was like "Wow...."
Now that I think of it, they did have plush/bean bag toys of the Mario characters back when the N64 was still the latest thin. We managed to get Toad, Wing Cap Mario, Luigi, Wario, and Yoshi (the others I remember were Bowser and DK). But after years of being ignored and collecting dust, we finally donated them to Goodwill. Of course, there are other Nintendo plushes that are newer than those.
Well, I used to like the Koopas, but now it seem I'm getting tired of almost every enemy because they're so easy to defeat. Oh sure, some people might think "what easy foes! Just one jump and they're history!" But does anyone know why most enemies are taken out in at least one jump? Does anyone realize that when Mario (or almost anyone) jumps on them, he uses the weight of his whole body, putting full preasure underneath the victim? Porbably not. There is some science behind his fighting skills.
Very sweet and catchy 5 stars yep this is the theme when you are in the main menu when you are choosing where to go I mostly remember the musics in Mario Party 2

He was an adorable plush toy back then. Then again, they all were back then because of graphics from the N64 era for the Mario Parties.

was toad meant to be a plush?

All I heard in my head was Toad shouting "YEAH!"
wyzeguy6 2 years ago
In the N64 Mario Parties, Toad didn't say "YEAH!". It was either "YO!", "YA-HOOO!", "Okay!", or "Ohhhh.".
