  • Why you drink only the middle one? What were all the chemicals and compounds?

  • What it taste like? What chemicals?

  • did you pee glow in the dark?

  • Hey, where are you from ???

  • we have the same aceton bottle

  • Now when you urinate, will the urine glow?

  • @ytmachx

These substances glow under UV light, this is known as Fluorescence. Urine is slightly florescent

  • Can you tell me, what compounds you used, from left to right?

  • The girl as well as experiment

  • Question: why is the same substance glowing in different colours?

  • there is probably some of the fluorescent liquid in the beaker to begin with. as you can see the one second from the right is already glowing. the others could be chemiluminescent. not sure

  • who says that it's the same substance^^look at the vid description it says "some substances" so...

  • What are the names of this fluorescent compounds?

  • So that's where the X-men came from.....

  • Walmart, Spencer's, online... a uv light is just a "Black Light"

  • so what did you drink? ;p

  • Schweppes :-)

  • Tonic water to be more precise, because it contains Quinine. Many molecules with aromatic rings have fluorescent ability.

  • Give me some :))

  • I saw their site, and they're more reggae influenced. Anyway, I'm well surprised. I live in Caribbean Colombia and we here like these kind of sounds like reggae, calipso, salsa, merengue... even african music like soukous.

  • By the way, GREAT SONG. What's it called? Is it African soukous or something like that?

  • Glad you like it :-) google drum'n'zez i'm sure they'd be glad to hear positive comments :-) on their website you have under download this song, it's called "aubaba"

  • Can you tell me what were those substances?

  • Upon exposure to black light some chemicals give glow. All you have to do is dissolve some fluorescent dyes in appropriate solvents. Beside the one we drank for all others we used acetone as a solvent. They gave off respectively: rhodamine B red glow, rubrene yellow glow, 9,10-bis(phenylethynyl)anthracene green glow, 9,10-diphenylanthracene + nile red violet glow, rhodamine 6G orange glow.

  • That was awesome...

  • I love all your vids, man. Great stuff!

  • No way! What a lie, did u really drink it?

  • even tastes good :-)it's not fake...but it's not toxic also ;-)
