@xTheJoker98x Taiwan is free to play for everyone and for Korean you need a Korean phone number ir whatever. Most of non Koreans or Taiwaneses play at TW server 2 but at Korea you may have 5 characters per accound while in TW only 2 per acc (but you can always create another acc of course).
