Oh man, I've been watching ILC for years! I used to bolt home from the park/playground as a kid JUST to see if if Fire Marshall Bill was gonna be on. Loved FMB and Homey the Clown and many others! If I was to grade this out of 10 --> 6.5 is the score. It's better than 6 but not a 7. Voice is good. Antics ok. Danger story needs a little help. I imagine with practice it could be really good. As it is, 6.5.
