Guys, the truth is that whatever video that you upscale to height of 720 will have an HD option on youtube. And there's bunch of other great free video editing programs that can do this, such as Megui and Virtualdub

you do realize that Camtasia puts bars on top and bottom if you make the video HD

it compresses the quality and makes the video even smaller (lost the HD quality)

well actually its wide screen formatted, and no it doesnt loose the hd quality because if you watch in HD it actually looks really good! :)

no, i actually didnt know that! woa! 2000 bucks! but ya this is a quality program, it comes with a video editor ( but it is ok, not the best) a screen recorder, powerpoint recorder, sound recorder, and rendering in HD option.

How i Produce my videos:

I record with this program>

Render the video as an .avi/ or .mp4 or what ever i did up there>

then i edit in music and my intro in sony vegas pro 8 and render that as a .wmv/ or .avi>

then its done! :)

Yeah I just want a program that does it all you know? So far the one I got I'd like to do the photo videos at times for like 2.5 seconds but it only goes by 1,2,3,4,5 etc. try to do one for .10 seconds to have like 10 photos per second but ehhh. my friend was using something else the other night and it seems pretty cool..

um... well first you do know that anything you make in after effects well be a big file size ( even a 5 sec video i made was 1.45 gb!) well try going to file>import and then select the video

no you cant, but if you get parrallels or vmware fusion etc. you could most likly get this and instal this on your mac. but if you dont have parrallels or vmware etc. no. i do not know exactly of hd/hq in imove, 1 i have never even seen imove, 2 i have never heard how to get hd/hq in imove sry :(

how would you get hd if you record fsx vids. using fraps etc.

for fraps put the video in windows movie maker save it to this computer when it says choose your movie settings click on more setting and look for windows media 720p (5.9mbps) publish it then upload to utube after an hour or two the video will say watch in HD it may take up to an day to an hour for it to apear

you'd get ur recording with fraps then you'd import the raw files to camtasia through the same steps i did, exactly exept instead of the file being a .camrec it would be a .avi etc
