The scenes in the tunnels that weren't in the series were from the original presentation of the show, not deleted scenes. Only Abby, Jimmy, Cal, Chloe, Danny, Sully, Booth, and Malcolm were in both casts.

The clips in the video from a Harper's Island trailer I found weren't even in the series, like when they go through tunnels with axes. I think that's a deleted scene. Looks really good, though!
