Yo scooby, you advise your S61xl, basically super set routine for advance bodybuilders. But what separates an advanced bodybuilder from an intermediate. Ive been training since i was 15, im now 19, nearly 20 and ive stopped seeing improvements for long time regardless of chaining exercises about or at least i think so. Is it worth me trying that s61XL routine?

@xKingGaarax I find that workout gloves are a nuisance and they dont help at all with calluses anyway - they are just a fashion accessory in my book :)
try gloves with a little padding. i was walking with a girl on the beach a few years ago and went to hold hands with her and she pulled back cause she thought all the hard skin were warts or something. i always wear them now especially - especially when doing back. pulling bars really builds calluses.
@scooby1961 Huh, do you really think so? I've found gloves are helpful in some exercises for me. For example, some olympic bars are really rigid and doing deadlifts with certain bars can totally tear off your calluses (It's happened to me a few times). I negate this with a cheap $10 dollar pair of gloves. They also make benching more comfortable for my wrists with the padding. I think maybe it's more a preferential thing.

hey
i was wondering what are some good ways to train for speed, running and punching. also what do you think is better to gain more power calisthenics or weight lifting. what iam trying to do is build a bruce lee type of body and power i would really appreciate it if you can help thanks

Did you get some bone removed from your shoulder to minimize scraping or rotator cuff repair?

@Mbhil They were going to grind off some bone in my shoulder but when they got in there they found my shoulder was in perfect mechanical order so they did nothing.

@Roxasle I'm pretty serious about my triathlon competitions but I'm not interested in doing BBing shows. In the last 4 months I cut 4minutes of my 10K, amazing what happens when one is not burdened with having to do upper body workouts :)

i think you said on your site to only do this once a month and there are people here than want to do it frequently. if you do a S61XL workout video for legs, i bet you couldn't even walk the next day.
btw. i ate cheesy poofs and drank a beer while i watched the video. very entertaining.
