@ParmShellwood actually it's not really a summon menu. as i said it's just a plain skills, yah know...making skills in the database and make an animation for it. if your talking about the sub-menu in the skills, i've used one of KGC scripts

@GrimmHallows there's a bahamut there, actually there are 2 (Bahamut and Bahamut Fury) i've use the FF7: Crisis Core CG for them. as you said, BAHAMUT is LEGENDARYso he deserves the CG than a normal VX animation.

@Anthrenz Ok I will tell you what wrong with it. I had piano set near the wall.. And book shelf for hidden path. So I create code for piano to be play. So I can make this bookshelf to open. When I test it, and play the piano to open shelf, It Wont work..

@Anthrenz Limit Breaks are essentially the same things as Overdrive, but with different names (Limit Breaks are unique to each character special abilities).
@FanFNC of course they have unique abilities/limitbreaks/overdrives. i just want to clarify that i cant make a renzokuken, shot, duel scripts that's look exactly in FF8. the summon overdrive is just for Ylva. for Anthrenz it's Renzokuken (with a random finisher depending on the weapon equiped), for Ulrika it's Duel (the combo extends depending for each Combat Queen Magazines she read) and for Bennet it's Shot (depends on the which type of gun he uses and consumes ammos).
@FelixFlywheel actually some them are series of animations i made from the editor. i've used the tankentai sequence to connect them. i'll try if i can record a short vid then i'll upload.

@pauyee actually it's a series of multiple animation. i used the "hide" in the default vx editor animation. but you can also use the tankentai default sequence for escaping.

@youGOTpwndFYI for the motions, you set them in the VX ANIMATION EDITOR. well if you want a smoother or sort of a real animation, you can use PHOTOSHOP to make your own summon frames, which is very time consuming. as you can see mine is just a basic animation that's almost same as the classic summon of FF Series.
@Quasar97 did you read the description? it's from "Final Fantasy 7 : Crisis Core". but connecting that vid to the RMVX animation is a different story.

isn't bahamut's "mega flare" supposed to be supernova? I have FFVIICC for psp and although it's been a while I'm sure it's supernova...(at least I think it's in crisis core :P)
@80644 if you're really a fan of FF Series you'll know that his trademark is the MEGA FLARE. i've used MEGA FLARE cause that's what he's known for. i think FF7CC bahamut adopted the original SUPERNOVA attack of the transformed sephiroth in the original FF7. although sephys SUPERNOVA is much devasting in terms of animation.

@Bladeboy05 well there's no special script, i've used the TANKENTAI action sequence features for the move/sequence. about the animation, i've used PHOTOSHOP to edit/make the animation sheets then used the DATABASE/EDITOR to make the actual animation sequence to combine in the TANKENTAI SEQUENCE.
I repeat, there's no special script. just creativity :)

@CTBolt the movies are from Final Fantasy 7: Crisis Core. I used Trebor AVI script to insert an .avi videos. you can find some tutorial here in youtube about the .avi inserting. and about the VX animations, yes i made that all including tha japanese text part of zantetsuken (and of course that was based on FF8)
You need to release the Espar System as an Add-on Script Demo for the TBS and you would be famous as Woratora, SuperOverLord, and Pine. btw mad props to your skills nice mix of still animation, parallaxing, and video usage, but it blends pretty well together. The only thing I disagree with you is FF8 sucks. FF6 and FF9 are the best hands down, but Chrono Trigger defeats them all.
@Cavage well it's not really an add-on script. yes i just made an action sequence using TANKENTAI SBS but it's not that plug and play because of the bunch of custom animations i made in the database. well FF8 is the 1st FF series i played that's why i liked it. but of course im a huge fan of SQUARE games :D
@xendraferdanz oh the ultima summon? well as you can it's part of the battle screen. i just made an animation that covered the whole screen, but it's not that easy cause the animation sheet only allows you to create a small animtions images. it's just a little trick. you can try to see or edit some animations sheets (defaults) and see if you can figure it out. sorry man it's hard to explain here
@lifeiaskedfor of course it's up to you how you can create your own summoning system. but one thing for sure, it's really time consuming and you must be creative and artistic.

@EricandTheCheat actually it was supposed to be a multi-hit damage (1000x100 Hit), but it cause too much lag even if i set it to 10000x10 hit. so i decided to make it a whole number damage.
and before i forgot. the damage formula is depending on the casters level (1000x-charlvl-)

@TBwassup well the reason i didn't cut it down cause i want to show that the SUMMONS NAME will only show in the selection menu and the SUMMON ATTACK NAME (ex. Diamond Dust, Hellfire, etc.) will show in the upper part of the screen. i just have noticed that others making a summon skill will share the summons name both in selection menu and in the upperscreen (ex. Menu: BAHAMUT - Upper Screen: BAHAMUT, Menu: ZANTETSUKEN - Upper Menu: ZANTETSUKEN) get what i mean?
@TBwassup yeah i saw them, bat it has a bad quality. it has some pixelized part and it's already been stretch out. i know i can edit them for good but it's having problem in VX. well try editing a bad quality image and make it an animation sheet for VX and you'll get what i mean (the image in VX will distort in some sort, cant explain clearly, just test it out). VX need high quality image for animation.

@Anthrenz How did you do the Phoenix (Rebirth Flame), Bahamut (Mega Flare), Bahamut Fury (Exa Flare), Odin (Zantetsuken)??? Was that really hard to do? I'm impressed. Great work over all!

@CTBolt the movies are from Final Fantasy 7: Crisis Core. I used Trebor AVI script to insert an .avi videos. you can find some tutorial here in youtube about the .avi inserting. and about the VX animations, yes i made that all including tha japanese text part of zantetsuken (and of course that was based on FF8)

You need to release the Espar System as an Add-on Script Demo for the TBS and you would be famous as Woratora, SuperOverLord, and Pine. btw mad props to your skills nice mix of still animation, parallaxing, and video usage, but it blends pretty well together. The only thing I disagree with you is FF8 sucks. FF6 and FF9 are the best hands down, but Chrono Trigger defeats them all.

@Cavage well it's not really an add-on script. yes i just made an action sequence using TANKENTAI SBS but it's not that plug and play because of the bunch of custom animations i made in the database. well FF8 is the 1st FF series i played that's why i liked it. but of course im a huge fan of SQUARE games :D

@xendraferdanz oh the ultima summon? well as you can it's part of the battle screen. i just made an animation that covered the whole screen, but it's not that easy cause the animation sheet only allows you to create a small animtions images. it's just a little trick. you can try to see or edit some animations sheets (defaults) and see if you can figure it out. sorry man it's hard to explain here

@EricandTheCheat actually it was supposed to be a multi-hit damage (1000x100 Hit), but it cause too much lag even if i set it to 10000x10 hit. so i decided to make it a whole number damage.
and before i forgot. the damage formula is depending on the casters level (1000x-charlvl-)

You should use FF1-FF2-FF4 (PSP version) battlechars.

You could have cut the video down more, and go straight to the summons rather than showing 5 dodges in a row x-x

@TBwassup well the reason i didn't cut it down cause i want to show that the SUMMONS NAME will only show in the selection menu and the SUMMON ATTACK NAME (ex. Diamond Dust, Hellfire, etc.) will show in the upper part of the screen. i just have noticed that others making a summon skill will share the summons name both in selection menu and in the upperscreen (ex. Menu: BAHAMUT - Upper Screen: BAHAMUT, Menu: ZANTETSUKEN - Upper Menu: ZANTETSUKEN) get what i mean?

@TBwassup yeah i saw them, bat it has a bad quality. it has some pixelized part and it's already been stretch out. i know i can edit them for good but it's having problem in VX. well try editing a bad quality image and make it an animation sheet for VX and you'll get what i mean (the image in VX will distort in some sort, cant explain clearly, just test it out). VX need high quality image for animation.
