Sorry, I realize this is an extremely old review but I'm having a hard time finding the info on this. What resolution is the pan switch? Strict midi - 64 steps in either direction - or does it have 1024 steps like the fader?

Finally a DAW control that has an "undo" button! How hard was that?! You would think that the larger DAW controllers out there would have such a useful feature on there 1000 dollar plus boards so you don't have to hit ctrl-z on your keyboard when the artist recording has to do numerous retakes. Credit to the Tascam fw1884 for a nice edit section. floridamusicco...you will be hearing from me soon for some purchasing :)

I need to know how to get better resolution using garageband. it now exports using 24 bit. cubebase exports to 32 bit. does this have to do with resolution? When QB cinverts 24bit to 32bit does it give me more rez? is there anything higher than 32bit?
