Yeah, some of the old architecture is nice, but the choice of shops are poor, and like you say, the people aren't very friendly - in fact far from. Full of chavy yobs and underage teenage pregnancies filling up council houses with audi's parked in the driveway!

I watched the original vid. There the UFO is about 10-15 pixels wide. Decompression, magnification and recompression of such an object simply falsifies it's appearance. For a sensible analysys, the original oject should be at least 100...200 pixels wide.
My conclusion: No intelligent conclusion possible. I guess, Allen Hynek dropped such a case as 'too poor information'.

it seems similar to the object in the rizedeki footage. almost alive in the way it moves. disturbing if real.truly alien. I would like to have seen some ground based objects for more perspective.
You are all entitled to your opinions, but with the absence of quantifiable data- pretty worthless. To compare THAT(?) to a known terrestrial phenomenon? Show me one example of anything any of you have speculated that comes remotely close to that. It looks like nothing that I have observed in my 40 years as a sky-watcher. You come up with your unimaginative Earth-based comparisons because you are afraid. That's sad.

With the amount of shaking on the original footage I'm not surprised some pixles would be distorting. Its clearly a V tail jet aircraft on the original.
