Embezlement of public funding is a crime and has no statute of limitations and it does not matter at all what the union contract reads or does not read.
There are people in the U.S. in prison for this same exact thing.
These people need to be arrested asap. and charged and convicted and then sent to prison and housed with the other criminals in general population.

What else is new? CCPOA is made up of a bunch of JAMFS anyway. Besides, whats 750K? they make over 2 mil. a month off our dues anyway
