@TheRiggyRiggs I disagree. Twitter is lovely. I can post simple updates and tag them to people who are interested. If left Facebook for that very reason -- I don't want anything else... I don't want "friends", "groups", "applications", "fanpages" ...... I want communication.

so, basically, he doesn't have a clue what to do nor will he tell you anything about their potential plans, because, essentially, twitter is a value added service and there is no real way to extract any significant money out of it without changing what it is in a way that will cause people to leave. They plan is to wait until some bigger company figures out that they want twitter for something and get bought out.

Same thing why they can't do that to Microsoft or IBM or and big technology company. People blab, you can't keep ordinary people from talking, if some suspicious guys come and install a device or code in some database do you think someone working there won't eventually notice and blab about it to the entire world? They arn't hardcore nationalist, heck they might not even be American, it would be all over the internet in days.
