Love your version of this song more than the original....not much of a fan of Anne Murray's (even tho' l am a canadian..LOL) but l always liked the song. Every time l hear this song I'm reminded of a story someone told me about hearding this song after finding out a friend's child had died of cancer..."spread your tiny wings and fly away"...... sympathetic poetry. Wow, it's like watching all those variety shows back in the 1970's when I was a kid. Anne made the rounds of all those shows, like every other singer of the time did. Oh for the days before MTV, once again. No I take that back, if we didn't have MTV, we probably wouldn't have youtube either.

Very nice, Larry. More recently, Anne Murray and Sarah Brightman did a duet of Snowbird. Anne's voice, which has gotten heavier, sounds better that the original.
