how to get out of dfu mode

Hi..My Iphone 4 went into dfu mode when my battery ran out and i kept it to charge and forgot to enter my pass code for around two hours and i saw there is no kepad to enter pass code and it showed only connect to itunes to restore. could not connect to itunes since it is pass code protected. tried the above video example but didn't work. can you post a video example how to get out of the dfu mode.
