In order to get to the omega ruins, you need to go to the search feature on the airship and move the cursor to a certain coordinate. On the x axis, it needs to be between 69-75. The Y axis needs to be between 33-38. Be careful and save often. You can get a total party kill very easily here.
The trick to beating every boss on that game is to get every summon an overdrive. Pull them out one at a time and have them all use it. Every boss will fall that way.
yeaaah i picked up this game in hopes of finishing it... i always die on mountain seymour cause he uses full life and kills it one shot. idk if i need to build a better sphere grid or what but im bout ready to give up

Go level up in the omega ruins. You get like one sphere point per battle. And since you have Yuna's 1mp cost weapon, you can kill pretty much anything with her holy in a couple hits. Good luck.
played it looong ago, done that seymour with one hit by Tidus. I remember i was playing on one save something about 125 hours, and most of it was leveling on Monster Arena and Omega Ruins, however, I was leveling on ruins to the time i was able to take out the monster (fenrir? can't remember) who throws attack enhancing spheres after battle. From that point it goes really fast :)
