In Puerto Rico we also make Lechon but Filipino Lechon is made differently Filipinos use a wet seasoning while roasting and we use a dry rub seasoning while roasting the Lechon. I like both the Filipino way seems to have a crispier tasty skin and the Puerto rican way the meat seems to be more flavorful. Regardless I LOVE LECHON!! Thanks for the video if brought back some good memories.
aawww... i miss those traditional Filipino gatherings where they get all the best cooks from the village and have them cook the best dishes out on the backyard using wood fire... just like this one. the lechon does look delicious. well they always are :)
