@Dahxelb Eh, you'd be surprised how many people will hit a mob 3-5 times before they run to the next. At least, that's how many players did it back in my day, sooooo long ago xD Not efficient at all, but that's just what happened.
I was using my angle bow for the speed piercings in this case. Balancing the speed with the damage done, the speed of gathering increased the exp more than the damage takes away :>
It does depend on the monster too. Anything above 80 you will never need to use a level 15 bow with, unless your 1v1 built and do 13k+ crits.
and i think i know your sister or something like that, i was the FSRM that helped her getting her psy loong time ago :D she told me about her Ranger Brother :P. IGN Carrot something :P

You should use a lvl 15 bow while gathering, that 1.7k dmg you deal really lowers the xp rate.
