  • to the design there have the ligthinfg fuse then the housing meter

  • The description that can be heard can be applied to most 250cc's. what a load of bull.

but still, bike is freakin awesome.

  • front light is so ugly, it only looks good from the sides...., cant wait till yamaha or ducati makes a 250 that will llook then times better then this...

  • @KPKaccountt they do? how did you know?

  • does any 1 know what model this is like what year?

  • @nabeek999 2008

  • Where can i get that jacket?????

  • @kawboyCAFE too bad the jacket is only available in green..

  • @kawboyCAFE kawasaki gave it for free (if u buy one n250r) 2 - 3 months after the launch of the 2008 version.

  • better this than hyosung/megelli..but still don't know bout the new honda250

  • yay

  • an awesome beginner bike for the people in US etc where you are allowed to ride a motorcycle when you are 16. but not here in holland where we need to be 21 to ride anything that's above 30 bhp :( after paying 1500 euro for a license, i'm not getting a 250cc bike lol but it's a cool bike when you're 16. I hate those exhaust pipes though

  • good but small not ideal for tall boyzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

  • why does the description say '''and hear Suzuki's full description'' ?

  • im gonna get this.. i swear im gonna get this!!!

  • @sirusfaisal me2

  • Whats new about this bike, the engine has been used in various machines since 1983 and is a gutless rev box of an engine that wears out quickly. Honda vt250 and Hyosung gt250r are much better bikes that are just as quick and are not built cheaply in THAILAND like the ninja.

  • Release the kawasaki ninja 250.... WITH THE UGLY ASS UNDERTAIL

  • cool

  • depende del gusto pero kawasaki no por nada es tan conocida en resumen is a nice bike!

but, dont like the sound... :/

pero como que no me gusta mucho el sonido

  • le falta deportividad, no es tan radical como aprilia o yamaha...

  • Wouldn't it be funny if he stalled at the end when he leaves or dropped the bike at any point LOL

  • it is a nice bike

  • LMAO @ "Natural 'upright' riding position" WTF

  • bike is good but does it have the roar ...

  • That's because it has a seat cowl on it which is not stock. They probably put the seat cowl on the floor model because it looks alot better with it. If the Paris 250r does come with a stock seat cowl, you can buy the second seat. It is normally a 2 person sitter.

  • theres is a seat cowl (cover) on the back seat

  • its because it has a seat cowl on... it comes with a second seat stock

  • you´re an idiot. the seat for the 2nd person is only covered. xD

  • its fit only for one person?

  • No.. It's for 2 people and the 2nd can sit easily =)

  • ya,,,with the tires like that, i got an impression its like a125r.lol

  • i want some information about the ninja 250r does this by case has electical mirrors .

  • Why in the fucking world, would it have that?

  • such skinny tires

  • ITs a light bike it needs light tires for handling

  • should i get green or red????????

  • greenn

  • green is kawaksis main colour

  • blaaaaaaaaaaack! with red neon mods! s'what im plannin on so actually no greeeeeeeen go green lol.

  • candy thunder blue!

  • Get red. I'm getting green.

  • LOL

  • greeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen

  • red

  • MCN is all over this tiny bikes cock

  • well to be fair i think that something LIKE an FZ6/SV650s/Street triple is perfect engine size.

a 250 is just not enough and a 1000 is just a bit too much.. 600-750cc is probably about right..

you gotta thrash these 250's to make them move..

  • How fast do you wanna move? My 250 is just perfect for the road. It runs alot faster than the average car and about as fast as an S2000 and I owned one of those and they are fast!

  • I just got a custom 89 zx6 doesnt even look like an 89...but the first gear is so tricky and hard...i throtteld a little bit and I almost flew but i had breaks lol...should I keep it and learn or trade for 250?

  • how long have you been riding for? if it's your first bike then you should consider trying a 250 :)

if you're more experienced, just get used to it :)

  • first time sitting and throttling and everything on a bike lmao..its just that i got it for 1800 ... thats why lol but my buddies likee if you over throttle on a 250cc its still gonna zip up and its ust a matter of practise and getting used to...but im guessing fora 250cc youd have to throtle 25% more to do what a zx does eh??

  • it depends on you.. i had an rs125 for my first bike, and did my big test and then sold it..

the first big bike i bought was a 2004 kawasaki z750 and i never nearly flipped that..infact i didn't even bother trying to wheelie it.. its about self control and how mature of a rider you are. if you think you're going to crash then you should get a 250

a larger capacity bike could possiibily power wheelie, a 250 will be impossibe to wheelie unless you start doing stupid things with the clutch. :)

  • keep it and get used to it, and on 1st when releasing the clutch dont use throttle just let the engine pull you slowly at first unless it stalls

  • always do that or just until im experience?D

  • well until you know your clutch well enough that when u give it some throttle you wont go flying backwards. if you're still green to biking like me get used to where your clutch engages

i'm telling you to keep the 600 cause my friend had a 600 and got a 250 instead cause he needed the money and if once you had power you'll want it again

  • wouldn't it be more accurate to say that a specific torque/hp range is "about right," instead of a displacement? i have a 500cc bike with the same hp as the 250r.

  • you're correct but generally most 250's are designed for newbies in terms of power and not all larger ones (:

besides it's easier to say 250 than to say "a bike with about 35 bhp" :D

  • lol some peeps say the most useless things just look at the comment bellow mine no doubt that he waisted his or her breathe. On a side note there appears to be entirely too many net trolls around these days.

  • I've got the 09 model, still the same bike, it is awesome. Can't praise it enough. You tossers that slag it off probably can't even ride a 3yr olds trike. Get a life.

  • ybr 250 yamaha or kawasaki 250 ninja??

  • way too different bikes to compare, but anyway if you look for confy friendly ride, choose the ybr, if you want some more spice and sport look, get the ninja.

  • ty man

  • it may not match its brother, the zx 6r, but not all riders out there can afford a 600cc bike you know? for example, me is one of them. just compare the price here at my place, the 250r cost is 19k, while zx 6r cost is 80k. so you can see why there is people using them on road

  • da ZX6R cost 80.000$ ??????

WTF i hope u aint blind oO

Here a ZX6R cost just 10.000€ what is like 13.000$

  • its got no balls but if you live in a heavily congested area you can fly around on this thing its quick not fast theres a difference

  • it looks ugly.. kawasaki zx 6r is so much better..

  • Your momma looks ugly biotchhhhhhhhh!!!!!, but I still fuck her!!!!!

  • your fucking great grandmother's skeleton is fucking ugly...

just saying my opinion you fucking faggot... hate to be a faggot and talk big on youtube...

  • man yo momma so ugly but i be tappin her like evry night you know?!

  • about time they made some more smaller capacity sports bikes, there aint much around for young or new riders, most people my age get a shagged out rs250, which will be a hard act to follow but i bet the kwak will be a damn sight more reliable

  • this bikes sucks... made in tailand

    kawasukers

  • The only thing made in Tailand is your mum's bamboo dildo fag......I bet you skate your way around!!!!

  • estupido ignorante!!!! this bike sucks!!!! and you too....ignorante!!!!!

  • my favorite Kawasaki, perhaps favorite bike overall =D

  • you must be gay

  • go suck a dick

  • i think your the only one around here who is fond of the cock,"LITTLEDRUMMERBOY".nice name homo!

  • he likes the motorbike, and what is the problem?....

  • Does anyone know what it's like to carry a passenger on it?

    Cheers

  • Is it possible to put wider tires on this motorcycle? If yes, how wide? I would love to have this bike for commuting, but only if I can put wider tires on it.

  • u can put 150/17 on it...

  • ok i just watched another vid andits a 4 stroke haha, my buddy's must just be a rlly low end model lol. P.S Th3DooM CDI is Capacitive Discharge Ignition, it doesnt have anything to do with fuel delivery you are thinking EFI(electronic fuel ingection)

  • ok im not into street bikes(but motocross) but is this a 2 or 4 stroke? cause if it is a 4 it would be so slow... and the exhaust looks to big for a twostroke???? my freind has a ninja 500 which looks rlly lame so i couldnt see a 250 looking SPORTIER THAN THE 500(but it does) so i am rlly thinking its a two stroke?

  • In the US, the 250 R was launched with a carburetor , in Europe with CDI. that´s why the price is different...

  • They also have a way different currency...Duh

  • looks better then some 600's

  • hell, it looks better than some 1000's!

  • what the fuck!? I'm paying 12.000$ for it -.-

  • ye im paying 13$ ;/

  • I just got one 08 ninja 250 for $4900 out the door, its the lime green color and really like it. Very easy to control and enough power for most riding. No competition to this bike at price, demand high, supply low ==dealer ripoff,,they got me good, but I couldn't wait.

  • guys stop being dumbasses, go to the kawasaki website, the MSRP is $3,500.00

  • @eternalenemy623 whoa where do u live where i am it's $4,999 (unless it the special editon which in that case it's $5,200)

  • @eternalenemy623 LOl in my country its 5,400 Euros.... thats like 6000 dollars? pfff prices in usa are ridiculous compared to europe =(

  • @javaleira Its actually 4000 dollars for a new 2011 ninja 250r here in the states mate.

  • @whitewata13 tahts half the price they are here in portugal smartasss

  • @javaleira over 7 grand, god damn I feel sorry for you :(

  • just a question...are you able to put wider tires for this? or is that alot of work?

  • Beautiful bike!

  • i think all of you guys are getting ripped off. i am getting mine for $3500

  • Not likely.

  • I just got my 250 today, a red one. I got it for 5k out the door. Definitely worth worth it.

  • hey mate do you mind me asking where you got that deal from, i have been quoted

    $7100 ride away?

  • Cal Coast Motorsports in Ventura, California. I had to wait 11 days for the bike to arrive. Only had to put a $100 deposit and they included free delivery for me. Ask for Tori, he helped me out a lot.

  • WTF U GUYS R STUPID FOR more than 6500 i can get an R6!!!!

Los Angeles CALI burbank Kawasaki Selling 08 Ninja 250s for 4500... U can get it for 3800 :)

  • you ripped off man. I got mine for about 3,900 out the door. I am sorry

  • snowride where r u located?

  • lol mate, I just bought mine and it cost me $3500...New

  • mmmm better off buying an aprilia to begin with and derestricting after test if this is the alternative!

  • Performance stats

    0-60 mph 5.75 s

    1/4 mile 14.6 s @ 88 mph

    Maximum speed 105 mph

    Max power 36 hp (27 kW) @ 11000 rpm,

    26 hp (19 kW) @ rear wheel

    Max Torque 18 ft.lbf (24 Nm) @ 10000 rpm,

    14 ft.lbf (19 Nm) @ rear wheel

    Fuel Efficiency 55-75 mpg US

  • whered you see those at

  • has 33 hp

  • can i get specifications about this bike , i wan a buy it , we need a horse power, torque, and top speed, thx.

  • tops around 105 mph

  • Do your own research. It isn't that hard to find.

  • It has around like 30 hp, and about 18 ft lbs of torque. But at around 333 lbs and a redline around 13,000 rpms (please correct if I'm wrong, I did research on this bike awhile ago) this bike is pretty quick. Does 0-60 in around 5.75 seconds (the same as a Subaru WRX STi) and the 1/4 mile in around 14 seconds. It kinda shits out at 80mph, or so I've heard, but its top speed is around 100 mph. Hope that helps! I hope to get one soon (probably the older model, though)

  • sweet look..but from behind it just similar with my old Aprilia 125RS..new touch..wish to test drive soon..

  • it's nice in a way .. but i don't see after riding a Derbi Gpr 50cc and after i made 16 years a 125 Aprilia Rs ... to get a Ninja 250-R at 5000 when on that money i can get myself a great zx600r from 2002 and full protection ( helmet , shoes ) .. give me a good reason !

  • well one reason is i just bought one its not 5K i paid tax title docking fee etc... everytin 3800 its quick coz its light and well a 2002 is actually 6 years old. thats crazy right? seem like if you had a 2002 anything it was new but now thats getting old. just dont dog it. try it then comment

  • dont the 250 only have like 25hp?

  • I don't know where you are from...but where I live in Switzerland it has 33 hp. I heard that in America it has 30 hp i really don't know if it's true.

  • 25 hp? no of course not.. it's power is 25kW more hp's than 25.. and he originally from the factory limited in it's power..

  • Looks like a great bike. Perfect for me.

  • i bought the black one yesterday, it's amazing

  • i wish they would sell the green ones in Aus

  • I just bought mine today, a green one. I think I paid to much though. $5400 out the door. I'm loving it!

  • i want to buy a bike,my first one!!!!i am not experienced so is this a good for my first bike?????honda 125cbr is better or worst???

  • honda cbr has got too fine tires which could be dangerous because it's like a simple bicycle. Ut isn't powerful at all it's more a bike for the city than for another thing. To buy an 250r Kawasaki is better choice, 1st for the price and 2nd for the handling and power. It's a great bike for beginners too.

  • the front look sucks .

  • the front look sucks .

  • 3,500$ isnt bad at all

  • getting mine when the snow is gone!

  • i dunno.. too girly.. i like the 90 models

  • ps. i bought one the other day. financed it for $100/month with a 1.9 financing rate with 3 years warranty and roadside assistance. $4400 out the door. can't go wrong with this bike

  • why waste money on a 600 when you can buy this? this has more than enough power for any rider. 1200 a year insurance on this or 8000 a year on a 600? i think the ninja is a better choice.

  • what a fucking bike!! the 250 will always be agreat summer rider....

  • Hey thanks 4 putting this vid up!! Im working on getting a bike and im stuck between ninja 250 or honda CBR600. Some people say go wit the 600, but then others say, since im a girl and its my first time I should go with a 250. Any suggestion!!!

  • you can only go the speed limit :P lol

  • no YOU can only go the speed limit. I will go as fast as i want.

  • Its not like she will be wanting to go 200 mph. The 250 has enough speed for her and I plan on getting one myself.

  • 250...trust me. You won't regret it. Speed is all relative, anyways.

  • First bike.. My friend started with a 600 and wrecked it on the first day. 250 is enough to start out with, and I've heard plenty of people that have started with one and didn't regret getting it.

  • Anyway it's still 165 km/h... It's not THAT bad..

  • its a sick bike and two bors racing is makin a slip on pipe. imma make it a track bike and raceeit.

  • Bike rocks. Great mileage, riding position of a standard, light and flickable, inexpensive, good looks, and only about 1/4 second slower 0-60 than a $41,000 BMW 335i.

Looking to get one this spring, great college commuter.

  • nice ride. the upright riding position looks comfortable. way better than bein' hunched over with your arms stretched out straight and way forward to grab a pair of clip-ons.

    i'm thinkin' of gettin' one.

  • Slovenia: 3600€

  • Great bike. I am going to byu soon this or honda cbr 125r. The honda is 3000 euro here. But I like kawasaki more. Can someone tell me what is the price of the ninja in Greece or some other country member of the EU.

    thank you

  • an matheis pesto kai mena.mi me ksenerwneis me to honda re patriwti.

  • here in belgium, the kawasaki costs 4000€. the honda cbr is 2500€

  • ive got a gs500 f and ive gotta say im leaning more towards this one now, although my gs500 is 600cc and this is only 400cc(i think thats what he said)

  • 249cc i think?

  • sundynasty, its the ninja 250r hence 249cc engine

  • @sundynasty

GS500f is 500cc and Ninja 250R is 250cc! Look are the numbers man, 500 and 250 are there for a reason! :)

  • I'm about to get my first bike, guess its my 20th B-Day present for myself. I was looking at the Ninja 650R... between the 650 and 250, which would you recommend? I'm 5'8" about 175lbs.

  • I'll keep you updated on that.I also got news that Russia has made with Japan two biggest gas tankers and third is on the way to extract gas from icy regions of Siberia!I heard that Taiwan opposition(pro-Chinese) won overwhelming majority in parliamentarian elections.Smiles all the way on my end :-) :-)

  • You should get either:Aprilia,Cagiva or Honda 125cc or this one if you are a beginner and just got your licence.Don't even think about buying any 600cc because you couldn't handle the performance and it takes a bit of experience.

  • There's some nice pics of the bike at this website:

    2008-kawasaki-ninja-250r com

  • Thats really nice how they changed that old school look into something more modern, I went on thier website though and they only changed the 250, the 500 still looks like that old ass shit.

  • Its only $3500 I want one

  • ive heard its gna b 36BHP so can be riden on a Restrict Licence, and is going to top out about 110mph.

    anyone confirm that?

its a small leight weight - mid powered bike, so why the hell people are complaining about the wheels, its what 110/70 on front 130/70 on rear.

half you people saying OMFG its got tiny tyres proberally trash an Aprilia RS 125, its got a fair sized tryes for what is it, and 600's race on 130...

  • its got skinny tires because its lite and not very powerful, so bigger tires are useless.

  • when they comin out in australia?

  • I'm so getting that bike!

  • I like this bike, definitely ill buy one...

  • and the facts for that are...?

  • hungryhowee... this is an 08

  • so cool! definitely will buy one

  • Wow! I never thought the 250 would look so good. Big improvement in looks at least. Looks like a mini zx-10

  • This is a sick bike for the price. I am going to get it whenever it comes out. If the MSRP is $3500. Then out the door what do you think I could get it for? (after tax and licensing and whatever other dealer fees)

  • you're best bet is to call dealers in your area and compare prices. Tell dealer 1 that dealer 2 is willing to sell it to me for $xxxx, ask if they can do better? Then go back to dealer 2 until neither will budge. I'm in the same boat as you except I'm getting a used 250 dirt cheap (hopefully) and wanna buy before winter sales end.

  • you should add about $1500-$2000 after all that stuff.

  • i bought one for 3800 out the door
