We just finished making and tasting it!!! They are so god darn delicious Sushma Ji!! Thanks to much to you and Maahi for providing this easy recipe, explained so simply to us. I used to order this regularly from a restaurant where I lived before, but we soon moved and I couldn't relish it anymore. Fortunately, I came across your video, and here I am again, holding the tastiest Aloo Achari in my hands and gorging on it!! All thanks to you wonderful people :)!
Maahi, love this except that I am going to make it with olive oil and without garlic :)) The achari masala is flavorful enough on its own, no need for garlic :))

Thats great...Infact we used Mustard oil to give it a taste which is almost same a a pickle...
But your improvisations are also great...we will also try with your suggestions...
