MY mum used to make these for me sometimes, however i always had mine made with cheese for the 'orange' light. Easier for the kids to make too, if there's noone to supervise boiling the eggs... or maybe my mum was just lazy!

I always hated shelling eggs and was determined to find a better way. Now I tap the egg around the middle and then twist. The shell pops off in two pieces, much cleaner, faster and easier.
