Ooo, I got it. You do the grips on a small utility folder for me and I'll throw in another knife for your time. Maybe a couple West Virginia goodies as well.
Hmm, maybe a Christmas present or I could borrow one from somebody. I'd def. Wanna try duracoat. How much for me to just ship some stuff to ya and you can do it for me? Lol:)
@TACTICSRUS DuraCoat is sweet so far... I would be happy to do a few things for you but since i still new at it i dont want to take responsibility for screwin something you send up LOL I will seriously do it for ya after i try a few more things of my own to make sure i can do it right
Thats awesome.. Ive wanted to try out the duracoat, but I dont own a compressor. I hear the compressed air in the kit sucks ass. hmm. guess I gotta start saving.
@TACTICSRUS Yep i didnt even use it. I just hooked it up to my compressor and it worked great! I have the Craftsman 3 Gallon (125 psi) compressor that i got years ago for about $150 and i use it much more then i thought! it is great to fill with air and take it camping, off roading ect.
nice.. i love the coyote brown. Id like to take that cheaper out and beat on it some; curious to see how that duracoat holds up. Nice editing on your vid.
@TACTICSRUS Thanks man, glad you enjoyed! I love coyote brown too. You must have read my mind about the cheap-o blade. After the full 30 day curing time that they recommended to have maximum protections i will go beat on the blade to see how the coat holds up! I can tell you right now i sharpened it last night (razor sharp now) and scraped the blade with the stone. You couldn't even tell, not one mark. That was only after 48 hours of curing!
Looks like they turned out great!
Awesome video editing as well!
Love me some metal.
