  • My monoblock has 4 terminals. what does that mean? Its a hifonics brutus brz1700. I ran it in parallel and noticed the subwoofers were out of sync. I ran the both woofers directly to the amp and the problem stopped. Its currently running at 2 ohms. I want it to run at 1 ohm. What am I supposed to do?

  • @Mississippiking03 for that amp you need to use the the 2 outer terminals...you probably hooked up the subs wrong too if they are out of sync...if your subs are dual 4 ohm you can hook them up to 1 ohm...but if its dual 2 ohm you cant cuz that amp isnt stable at .5 ohms

  • Mono like MONOgamy. LOL.

  • thumbs up if you think this guys an arrogant idiot

  • I need help i have 3 kickers L7 12'' Dual Voice Coil 2 ohms each voice coil 1500 watts each subwoofer, and my amplifier is a lazar vector 3000 D, two shanels but i know that my sub can sound more louder what amp shuold I get class D or analog or what is the diference waht is better what brands are more better for kicker sub????

What amp can i add on to what i have already or what will play all those & still leave room for more power to be on the safe side. Let me know so i know which to buy. I'm still new to all this & Thank you

  • FAT CHINK !!!!

  • lol mono isn't an antonym for single

    mono means single

    synonym

  • mono means one...

  • who here is wondering how to setup a amplifier for a car to your home stereo speakers without a powersupply that you have to go out and buy..and without all the chords that you wld use with the back of a car head unit. well message me and if i get more then 5ppl ill make the video its very simple and easy

  • "mono means one, and block means block - that concludes our intensive three-week course"

  • tweeters that can run 30hz.... i'm sure those are called full-range speakers and i would love for you to show me one that will do 30hz-20khz. LOL

  • ANTONYM MEANS OPPOSITE CUNT

  • @gkBISON hey, bastard who cares of it, Asians can't speak English well, but you may think that Asians are dumb. Well you may not know that most of Asians are smart in the field of electronics, especially Chinese, Japanese Koreans and Filipinos. Well zip your fucking filthy mouth and just shut up " silo ka pa makacaps la pa reng letter mu." if you don't understand it, ask some of your Filipino friends. for other who are reading this comment Sorry for my grammar... ^_^

  • @gkBISON Calm down dude. Just a mistake.

  • @ThePrinceOfSanDiego I know right he looks like he's related to the queen.

  • 2 cdoggy n drummerboi ,kicker amps will only run stable at 2ohms or theyll burn out n like u said 4 rca slots, ones 4 input 1's for output plug d head unit rcas into input n the d output rca r if ur running 2 or more amps so if u only have one amp u not need output

  • I have a buddy that talks like this, and the biggest reason it doesn't make a lot of sense is because English isn't his first language. He needs que-cards at the very least.

  • You are so dumb. Get off the internet.

  • "There are tweeters that can handle 30, 40 hz"...Are you fucking serious?

Get off the internet RIGHT NOW!

  • Alright guys, newb question coming up for you. I have a monoblock amp (kicker 750.1) and there is 4 slots for RCA cables to go into (input and output) I only bought 2 channel RCA's but the amp shows 4 slots =S can anyone please help me out?

  • hey pal i got 4 cvr's to a 1000.1 kicker zx i hooked them up to 8 ohms each when i hook them all up the go down to 2 ohms i tried then in 4 ohs each then hooked them up but the amp went into protection so my question would be is the kicker zx 1000.1 1 ohm stable check out my vid tell me what u think man

  • cdoggy if you get a final load of 8 ohm from each subwoofer, you have 4 DVC 4 ohm subwoofers. You can't get 4 ohms from each which means you can't get a total of 1 ohm. You actually wired it down to 0.5 ohm and the Kicker is not stable at that impedance. Oh and CVR's need 400 wrms each.

  • @calvinblinkee depends on witch size cvr you are talkng about cuz the 15" needs 500 and the 8" needs 200 sir

  • @mrbmxer14 Then the 12" WTF.

  • @calvinblinkee the 10" and the 12" need 400 like you said haha :p

  • I have a 1100w sony xplod D-class amp and a sony xplod 12" 1000w subwoofer that has 4OHM impediance. do i have to do anything to the wiring or can i wire it strait up with the 4OHM load. will it handle it??? please answer

  • man you guys are fags this dude gets on to help out ppl. If you dont like what he says then dont watch damn

  • no you cant run tweeters or midrange speakers on a mono block cause it just wouldnt make sense.

  • lol yeah you would get DOOF DOOF coming out of a 2" tweeter... like WtF?!

  • @mighty754 i beg to differ i had a sony mono block that had a full range or low pass only option on it. and it does make sense if you are putting like 10 sets of full ranges on it. Never used mine full range but it is still an option on some amps.

  • haha, he means synonym.

  • maby you should change your name to what you are (WANK1er) XD

  • i have a mono 1 Ohm Load Stable amp and 2 Dual 2-Ohm woffers will i have any problems if i brdgg them

  • evry damn vid he says he will get into it and ive watched 6 videos and this dumbass still hasnt gotten into it. . . . . my lil sister knows more about watts ohms and stereos

  • so true.

  • antonym means different, so mono is a synonym for 1

  • haha, he doesnt have any idea what hes talking about he prolly read the instructions lol

  • stick that amp in your ass

  • Tweeter that handle 30-40hz!!!!! what r u talking about

  • You can put a 30hz signal into a 1" dome tweeter, but that doesn't mean you're going to hear anything out of it, or that it's even sensible. That's like trying to put 12.5khz into an 18" SoloX. Just not sensible.

  • @phattacorider I doubt any 1" dome tweeter could even possibly produce 30hz at all. Considering how small the cone is, youd need an insane amount of power to do so, more power than Im sure any tweeter can handle.

This guy is just so fuckin funny I cant stop watching his shit.

  • @320bit

1" dome tweeters can produce 30hz. Hell, 9mm headphone drivers can do 30hz. The problem with that is the drivers are too small and the pressure is dispersed in an area too great for them. Any driver can move at any frequency, but to get audio out of them requires the right size of driver for a given frequency because of the wavelength needed to be moved for the given frequency. Big wavelength, low frequency, big driver. Small wavelength, high frequency, little driver.

  • @phattacorider Well what did I say? You would need an insane amount of power for it to audible.

Any driver can produce even 1hz to 500khz. But every frequency wont be audible on one driver.

Lets say this. If a 30hz tone is played through a headphone speaker, and no one can hear it. Does it make a sound? Probably not.

  • hey man thank u for sharing the knowledge..

  • Let me see if i can help.Since "sub-sonic frequancies"are only broadcast in mono and not stereo a "mono"amp is more efficient.

  • what is the best amplifier for my subwoofer??

  • thanks

  • how do you bridge two amp together

  • usually you take the positive from one amp and feed it into the negative of the other amp and the other positive and negative you feed into your speaker or sub your using thoe not all amps can do this so check your manual

  • sounds dangerous for car/woofer/amp

  • yeah your proberly right over work the components in the amp and then the alternator in the car lol but this is why we must always follow guide lines in manuals so that we dont create such proberlms

  • its synonym
