plz reply i am going here on the 18th of sept and need to know if i need anything to go Scuba Diving it will be my 1st time too and i am 16 ?

I've done the pool dives for the PADI open water, I'm completing the course in Hawaii in a couple of weeks, and I've got this beach holiday to Turkey booked for september.

I didn't know I'd be learning to dive for Hawaii, so I'm thinking of arranging to dive in Marmaris as an after thought. Is it easy to find a safe company to dive with? We're in Marmaris, and we won't have a car. (Neither of us can drive anyhow)

you wont need to book in advance, on every corner there are day trip shops and you will be booked in with no trouble just remember barter witht the sales man ;)

Great, reminded me of my first dive. Had a lot of trouble myself staying level. Nice to see more people starting to enjoy diving. The girl didn't seem to be relaxed yet, hope she'll continue. Diving is great.

its not about the red sea its about how to tread nature. But its not the tourist fault its the fault of the guides, they behave careless and like a bad example. You where allways thought not to do things like that from OWD on. Maybe its not that worse in that case but if u start teaching the people to to somethibg like this they keep on doing it where it causes more damage.

obviously first dive... DMs or instructors holding them down, usually done on strong currents while kneeling down... I can also tell from the way they move... abrupt jerky movements, the way they swim on full foot fins... lets just say is retarded... no buoyancy control what so ever, and on the last part, instructor demonstrating the effects of air on certain depths (how it compresses). nothing to see here...

They are clearly on their first or second dive. Yes, they need to sort out their bouyancy seriously: the divers are almost standing upright while trying to swim forwards. One of the cylinders is falling out of its strap, and hoses are everywhere. This is how diving starts for people, then gradually they become more elegant.
