shut the fuck up I'd beat all your asses... I'm the best.. this video is fucking gay... I'm not checking back here so leave me a comment or something because I will make your day shitty, I am the _GOD_ of youtube bitches
lol i love this shit i've been watching every morning for the last week so glad i found this although you should've ended on a positive note like DAVID WRIGHT HELPS USA WIN AGAINST PUERTO RICO AND ADVANCES TO SEMI FINALS GOOOO USA!!!! WOO HOO :D sorry i love baseball
It may be confusing at first. Try to listen to what's been said as if it's not snippets but one coherent story. Chances are you'll be amused in no time like the rest of us. :)
Sure they are legally responsible to pay out those bonuses. But not with taxpayer money. So I think Obama is right. AIG should pay those bonuses back to the government.
Until then the bank should get the cold shoulder.
"What''s that you'll not be able to survive the year without a little help from Uncle Sugar? Fark you give us our money."
Retention bonuses - if that's what some of the bonuses were - should not be paid, BY DEFINITION, to anyone who left the employ of AIG. That's shooting fish in a barrel. Repudiating the other bonuses may take a bit more doing... but not much more. It's not rocket surgery.
If Richard Shelby is truly angry, he should be pushing the government to take over these bankrupt financial institutions and sort out the good assets from the bad, so they rejoin the free market, instead of living off taxpayer money.
I find it amazingly dissappointing that this big "firm shock" was not avoided. 100% tax on the bonus is wack, they don't deserve the bonus but there is very little legal room to take it away.
This is a good learning experience, sadly - that might be the only good thing that comes from this.
While they may not be able to legally tax these bonuses, it would be entirely within the IRS's right to run an extensive audit on every return these clowns filed for the last decade. I imagine someone working for AIG who gets million dollar bonuses has probably made some pretty creative deductions or missed paying capital gains, etc. Why not let the IRS's bureaucracy and byzantine tax code work FOR the average taxpayer for once?
outrage, shenanigans, shock, anger... how about bullshit !!! All this phony outrage over AIG when they announced that they were gonna go ahead with the bonuses as agreed in 2008 contracts.

Look if your Ya Hoo government can invade a sovereign country with lies and deception (Weapons of mass Hamsters)
They have the power to take back the taxpayer's "bonus" money for being a fck up. The fact they don't means the frickin government is up to no good.

Who's the weather guy that TPMTV have been using on the 'day in 100 seconds'?
Also, who thinks they should up the time to 'Day in 150 seconds or 200 seconds'? This is really entertaining.
