im sorry, i didnt mean to make you feel bad, i just got a bit frustrated and i did take it a bit far, truth is my clients are very important to me and i wish i could make there experience with me the best but its really quite hard , i think by you making an apology video just really made me realise your not at all the person i thought u were , so again i apologise .

I'm sure that everybody who comes to have their hair done by you is completely satisfies with their experience and such, so do not worry.

Although I dislike these things, I still get a great feeling when I leave the salon, and can never stop looking at my hair afterwards. It gives me and I'm sure everyone who goes an amazing feeing. Never forget that : )
