If the player were cheating, there would be no need for the many tactically placed grenades. The player is just taking advantage of the situation, staying above the enemy players view and keeping his reticule at target head levels of enemy players. I do this all the time. It's great for catching "noobs" off guard who tend not to look up. The tactic works especially well in SWAT and is allows you to flank enemy players while your team captures objectives while the rushing team is weakened by you.
