nope, that's Clover. just do a quick search on google and you'll see. Wish only appears as a cameo in here, at 1:32, just before chobits.

Its X or in the U.S. X/1999, great series Im watching it now although its pretty old, Funimation is rereleasing it for Geneon since they went bankrupt, Im so glad becuz i wouldve had to pay like $120 for the Geneon box set now with Funimation I probably only have to pay half of that! One of CLAMP's best series, the manga's still running, but its on hiatus
