  • "....so this is not (actually!) legal people, but we're gonna have to do it anyway."

As blatant as you like...and on national TV! Brilliant. It's why I love and miss being in Kenya!

  • With a driver who puts drive to back up, and takes u turns knowing they are illegal, well there is no question. Only a clear answer - Mayhem on our roads .

  • OK, For all you idiots making an issue over accents, has it occured to you that (a) Not everyone speaks the same (b) there's a large large number of diaspora kenyans who've been going to school from elementary, high school, college and living and working abroad and some of these folks are returning home coz of the improved economic climate. Do you expect to have a kenyan accent?...NKY Silly reasoning ya'll have! nyi ndio washamba!!

  • For your information.....kenya was a colonize by...............

Guys it is not about the accents.....................the message dwafts.

    terrahist.youtube.com

  • lol at the accents. Guess wat? A reporter and an NZE owner=American or I don't even know wat type of accents; National Highways top Engineer=plain, natural,African accent! wat irony! and guess between them who is more learned, travelled, exposed, monied? Yes u guessed ryt!

  • What kind of car is this...ati she puts the gear on D and it reverses...interesting...

  • @joeglen12,poor observation!

  • @joeglen12 lol its just bad editing!!!

  • @joeglen12 its an automatic u thick bint

  • @realman75ful WTF u talking about??? Why do you watch the video clearly before lining up insults. You dumbfu*k!!

  • @joeglen12 u are adickwad joe why dont u come over here and suck my dick, then i can fuck u till u love me

  • You can't do much about where you were brought up and for those of us complaining about accents. If we start going that road we might as well say a Luhya brought up in Kisumu should not speak with a Luo accent and vice versa! That's so petty!

  • @XnJulie I agree with you! such pettiness, yet we accuse our MPS and politicians of being petty, i guess they get it from us, their electorate

  • accents here r actually.....self hating...wow! the master implanted a chip in our dna...some of us

  • I am less bothered about the accents...what bothers me is the illegal turns being made halafu being posted for all to see!!!!Arrest them...make them pay fines...chukua license...whatever...coz this is why we are in this lawless state in kenya when it comes to obeying traffic rules!!!If you cant obey traffic rules, what makes you think that we will obey traffic signs if they were in place?????

  • @1980aivilo1 ..lol...ALSO, Wats up with these new highways that have no LAND MARKERS AND EXIT SIGNS??......

  • what's all the beeping? someone not wearing a seat belt?

  • This lady is a tool! Where did she learn to drive...rocky driving school? If I was a cop, I'd send her a ticker for illegal turn! And what the hell with the accent peeps! Be Kenyan! Jivunieni! - Peace and One Stone!

  • Kenyans please stop whinging!!!!! Think of how Moi is feeling. If I was him, would just shoot myself....leg first!!..Atleast tumetoka mbali na with signs on the road,we will get there.

  • @dythaka how stupid r u judging people with accents ,i bet they have a better standard of living than u do fool.How old r u i bet 17 to 20

  • @dythaka how is their accent stupid? Whats annoying is that everytime Nagila is on TV somebody has to comment about his accent...if you dont like his accent stop compelling us to dislike it. Just do your work Nagila...dont mind em.

  • Simuonge kiswahili.Munajisumbua na vizungu hazina mkia wala kichwa kwanini. Ongea KISWAHILI lugha unajua na inatoka natural.Wacheni ushamba, wacheni kujitia aibu na hizo vizungu za ujinga.

  • People, i believe i have a similar accent like hers, its actually a mixture of British, American and Polish accents. Having lived in all the 3 countries, my accent is genuine and natural. So give me a break guys....LOL

  • @monariko09 Interesting. I've been in Ohio the last five years. My accent has also changed a lot, I can't help it, so I don't blame Nagila or Makana. By the way, I give Makana a hand clap for navigating through a highway without signs. I'm shocked coz when I drive in the US, there's always a sign, yet I used to complain lol.

  • With all those traffic violations and then we wonder why on earth do we have so many accidents on our roads??? To stop the accidents it starts with us stopping that illegal U-turn that is convenient to us and following traffic rules then gradually change will occur.

  • 4:34 I shall never get back and added no value

  • ...Those illegal U-Turns often result in B-A-N-G....mangled wreckage, broken bones, fatalities....

  • what a tool

  • People are making a fuss about her accent even though she's speaking ENGLISH (and most of you over here are commenting in English). Then think about this...look at the vehicles in this video...all non-Kenyan made cars. Welcome to globalization.

  • We have things in our country call "street signs". They really help the driver figure out where to go. But they are right about roundabouts, or rotaries as we call them in Boston. They are awful, and when traffic reaches a critical point, they fail completely. My commute improved immensely when they removed the one at Fresh Pond and put in traffic lights. Conversely , mini-roundabouts work great in congested neighborhoods instead of 4-way stop signs. There you go. Discuss.

  • the problem with the nairobians here is not the accent. its the sheer impunity with which the lady here flaunts the traffic rules and keeps on making illegal u-turns. this is the problem with most drivers in nairobi. this is why people go mad when it rains in the city.

  • strange that kenyans think this is a fake accent. This is how proper english is spoken . In my country uganda every1 speaks english like this and its normal. i am sure this gal has lived or studied in ugandan and she picked up our accent. The main problem is kenyans speak that useless stupid swahili and its why they cant speak proper english.

  • both the reporter and the girl have soo colonized language that it becomes shameful.l thought l was the only one who noticed the fake accent..pretty pathetic.and "we gonna" gonna" gonna" find a new word

  • BLOODY Hell???? A quintessential British remark. Kenyans are watching too much foreign TV

  • WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THIS REPORTER? WHY DOES HE TALK LIKE THAT?????

  • Nagilla got company!!! 2 Kenyans putting on accents they cannot even keep up with...Quite schizophrenic, you two!!!!!!!!

  • U should go back to driving school to be taught basic of diving gal!1111111111

  • Nagilla just wanted a ride with that gal

  • you put a road sign in Nairobi an idiot will pull it down for scrap metal.

  • meuseum hell..where's that? my ears are bleeding!!!!

  • funny they are getting rid of roundabouts or traffic circles to imitate the US yet the US is trying to explore traffic circles. It's simple, put up some signs, and create u-turns in all those places where people are turning illegally. Might as well. It's very hard to take a Robert Nagila report seriously ,that accent is so distracting

  • Ha this was amusing, their accents are unreal.

  • all those hating should go to hell....the main point here is the lack of signs to guide drivers.nice reporting and keep th good ROBERT.

  • Kuku wa shamba, I am happy for Kenya and amused

  • C'mon kenyans, this is so shameful! No road signs ? even at 2:57 you see there is no STOP sign, people just drive wild!

No wonder Americans and Europeans call us animals!

You should NEVER build a highway then allow traffic to pass thru without ALL the necessary signs. Basic engineering rules for Mr Meshak Kidenda: dont put the signs later, put them BEFORE you open the road to the public.

And the people here commenting on the accents: Get your priorities right!!

  • @midiafreemega ; American & Europeans are idiots for calling people names

  • @mbukukanyau

Is that your response? Instead of asking for improvement you call people idiots? Do you Think Kenyans are doing ok? With all that starvation, chopping each others heads off after elections, now building roads half-way? Who is suffering? Who are the idiots?

  • @midiafreemega ; If a foreigner is going to come here and insult Kenyans, of course he/she is an idiot for insulting us

  • @midiafreemega you would think anyone with half a brain would know this ... what a bunch of half wits; where did he get his engineering degree? !

  • copy cat silly cat

  • what's the fucked up Pronunciation?

  • lol..notible accent! bt thanks for the ride. i just felt like i wz in the car.

  • Fake accents think alike!

  • Lol! Seems like Kenyan women are having their good times ever. Please leave Nangila and the Lady alone. One can speak the way they want, Kwani what does that concer anyone?. Accent or no accent, the message is what is important.

  • What is up with Nairobians putting on faux british accents these days?

  • @airhab lol

  • @airhab Why also not complain about the car not being a Kenyan brand? You argument is completely baseless.

  • @airhab its called civilization u cunt

  • Kenya daima! Accent or no accent! Nyamazeni na mwache panganga!

  • This highway is a great example of how things run in Kenya. It's all a mess! a HOT mess. It's like what others have said on her, WHERE ARE THE SIGNS??

  • C'mmon now, I wish she would drive in New Jersey miss you exit on turnpike, you would drive miles then drive back again....

  • @nbonnie7 Very true. Especially if you miss exit 9 going south. Exit 8 is not close.

  • Get rid of these useless roundabouts! They are a time and fuel waster. I bet our economy will have a small boost if we got rid of them. And those U turns are not only illegal but dangerous!

  • Kenyan styro is no joke, where are the signs?! They need 2 also upgrade train services. All said and done, this ma u-turns jo!

  • Loool! At least they are building nice smooth roads. People will figure out how to do it. Kwani, it's not like Nairobi is the size of Moscow or LA that if you miss an exit you are out of luck.

  • On a more postive note Kenya yaenda mbele. Makes you think where Moi was for 24 years.

  • Nagila and that girl have such stupid accents. Washamba

  • @dythaka get a life cunt, we aint fucking white people, to have the perfect english accent.. GTFO

  • @PINPOPOBAh Then we should be trying to! and speak naturally thatts the fucking point you imbecile!!!

  • @scratchaholiks what is natural speaking? i didnt know there is unnatural and natural kind of speaking.

  • @merkeju Speaking naturally? without forcing any manner of pronounciation in an attempt to sound like clever? Well i guess you know now. I wonder why noone ever complains of Emmanuel Juma and the likes who never put on a fake accent to try and impress viewers.

  • @scratchaholiks shouldn't

  • @scratchaholiks who the fuck appointed you the accent police of the world??? Is that all you took from the video, TROLL!

  • @M45Sebring What is it with these pre-adolescent kids running rumpant on youtube? "TROLL", "GTFO" all you have in your vocabulary??

  • @PINPOPOBAh Twat, my point exactly. We black n proud

  • Funny, Almost cartoonic. The signs are coming soon, that should help a lot.
