Mujra is a classical dance of Mugal Empire (not a whore dance) Its originated in Centeral Asia than came down to India with Mugals. All of the stuff you see on you tube is not even 1% close to Mujra. This song was sang by Malka Tranum Noor-Jahan ( mean quenn of singing) God bless her sole . Malka Tranum NOORJHAN was an icone of Pakistan. She sang so many songs, Nirma is lip Singer. I like the way she performaed cheap show but this not no where close to Pkistani culture or punjabi culture from Pakistan, Its okay to have fun with her.

Hey guys, Can any one tell me why is this performance here is being called/named as Mujra? I tried getting some more of it by this performer by searching for the keyword "MUJRA".

But what was returned in result is far more different than what we have in here. If this is grace then that was disgrace, if this is display of art then that was display of some rotten flesh.

Mujra in any form is not even near to what is here in this video. I strongly believe that THIS ISN'T mujra.
