it's funny because almost every nirvana song sounds great when it's played by nirvana, but when anyone else covers it then it ranks from "shit" to "does justice but not so good". the compositions made by kurt were so amazing, emotionally true and they fitted him so much that they only sound great when he's singing and playing guitar.

This is a great version of this song, it's so soulful. Why do some people have such a problem with other artists and amateurs singing other artists' songs. What a stagnant world it would be if we only had one version of each song. Nirvana are my number one, all-time favourite band and if others want to perform Kurdt's great songs then just maybe more people will get to hear the genius that he was.

Hearing Sinead O'Connor sing this makes me look at 'All Apologies' with a different perspective. Kurt Cobain did say he felt the song was "peaceful"... he dedicated the mood of the song to his wife and daughter. This feels calm... and I like it!
