Excuse me. The biggest landmark in Jerusalem is the Dome of the Rock Mosque right next to the Al-Aqsa Mosque. Built with a gold dome that has a long history and is the Third holiest site in Islam. The Al-Aqsa mosque still has the burn marks from the Crusades over a thousand years ago.
