from the side view it doesnt look like the bullet ever exit so did you recover it?

@4mattson Actually, no we didn't recover it. We dug around in there for a while, but couldn't find it. Weird actually.

But one thing I would be interested in knowing... would sand offer more resistance than in it's glass form?!
True, glass is harder but it also shatters. While Sands negative is that it is easily displaced but it also absorbs impacts better.
I really would like to know which has more stopping power (not including special toughened glass lol)
