It's pretty basic in Shoalin Xanda, not that it's most effective, but it's clean by their standards and does have some practicality in how they approach some aspects of fighting. Sanda/Xanda are especially proficient in throws in the middle striking.
no its not very much there style, this fight was sloppy by sanda standards ,look up muay thai vs sanda or cung le fights. or even the karate vs sanda and you'll see they dont frail around turn there back and kick like little girls at all, this one fighter here was just not that good, same as when you watch olympic boxing, some are horrible and ameture lookin while others are sharp and clean. so reframe from posting an ingorant comment.
hi lishiang, i have to say iv seen alot of fights and that was the most amurter fight iv ever seen. it was painful to watch :( it looks like they gave you a bad student to fight because your a foreigner. you definatly need to work on your striking.
