it isn't a hurricane. Hurricanes don't hit in March. That was a very powerful storm, but it wasn't a hurricane.

my parent have a 'teardown', a $600K townhouse in a 'good' area of Queen that need between 100k-200k [depend on your budget] update. I would trade that townhouse for AVBTS asap. I see/hear the Atlantic ocean sitting on the roof terrace...

Yeah, look in one direction and you look at the beach, look in the opposite direction and your looking at housing projects riddled with crime and the criminal element. Good luck with that, at prices about $600,000...........ridiculous.

I like the video. We still want to buy there, as we are used to the proximity of urban landscape. It seems pretty tame around there at night. How has it been- commuting on the train, or going to the store etc...? Everyday living? I definitely wouldn't wander too far East on foot, but the rest of Arverne? Pretty sweet.

Um, dude. it was a hurricane. And the first shot of the next day, I saw a tractor out ready to fix stuff.  It is part of living on the coast.
