  • Coolest intro ever, I nearly died that day I swear to god. Was worth it though :D

  • Rage lo Maximo deste NYC

  • Saw these at Leeds (spiritual home of rage) on the same tour and they proper blew everyones minds.

The new your they're doing isn't going to be half as good so i'm not bothering going but the people who are going will absolutly love it :D

PS nice to see a miller on the web, im a blade ;)

  • wasnt at this one, but saw them in 1994 at t in the park, was totally monged off me tits and cant remember nowt!!! but saw them the year before in newcastle at a smaller venue, it was the most intense, liberating, and violent assault on the eardrums ever, but i loved it!!!!

  • the best ever.:):):)

  • best gig of my life. Rage forever.

  • i want to see them again live before i die!!!

  • This still sends shivers down ma spine...was in the middle of it near the front and by the time the 1st song had finished i was 20 ft back..i chipped a tooth lost ma specs but i shall take it to the grave..RAGM legends...Amen!

  • The crowd looks INSANE. God what I'd have done to be there.

  • My God! saw them at reading on the barrier, i went to the doctors the next day for bruised ribs. Woudlnt do it any differently

  • Haha I did too when I saw Morello in Vancouver, I ended up seeing RATM in SF, both shows were the best show's I've ever been too. The injuries were worth it.

  • Snoochie Boochies!!

  • 1:40 is fucking insane..RAAAAAAAAGEE!!!

  • @julioabruno2254 Haha, I'm in that shot!! Best gig I've EVER been to :)

  • i have been to many festivals and gigs but that hour and a half was the finest yet

  • you forgot to fade out the montage :'( ;)

  • Loved every minute of it...

  • fan fuking tastic, loved it

  • Rage Against The Machine! :D

Crowd freaks out at the begining :)

1 of the best Bands ever

  • BEST band ever

  • At this position, Zack spitted on you! LOL!

  • Amazing (:

I lasted the whole gig at the very front well chuffed,

As a wee 15 year old lassie :)

Really was the highlight of my life.

  • Best.Gig.Ever

  • That was easily one of the best gigs Ive ever been to in my entire life.

  • FUCK YOU RAGE ARE THE BEST!

  • HERE MATE HEY I LUV RAGE sumbudy musta went on my youtube soz bout dat

  • Gothic? Explain?

  • better at reading, by far

  • you cannot judge that by this video cos thats only half of the story, the real gig is being there and feeling the electricity and the atmosphere that i don't think i'll ever experience again.

  • see the problem with them playin t in the park an leeds is that the crowd is full of indie kids who are like ive seen rage an dont even get in a pit. its stupid, they only know the words to killin in the name, all 6 lines of them

  • I was there:D Watchin' it 3 months after the gig and i'm pinchin' myself realising how fortunate i was too. RATM forever!!!

  • a gig to say to the kids "I WAS THERE!!!" YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAS

  • The were on at night, bloody awesome, i was one of the stewards at the front and it was the only good part of the weekend for me

  • Haha you were probably the steward that lifted me and my friend out when it all got a bit crowded lol

  • But we lasted through quite alot of songs considering we're girls and we had hundreds of people pushing into us as we were right at the front haha

  • haha i duno about that likes, i didnt lift anyone over, i couldnt do it, too weak aye so i left it to aw the guys to do lol i just stood and handed out water lol.

  • They came on stage at 9.45pm. Always looks lighter on TV / camera than it actually is.

  • wtf it was way DARKER at the time there

  • It was dark. they came on at quarter to 10 and didnt finish untill 11 30 ish.

  • Fuck, they didn't let their show broadcast on TV =[

  • im going to leeds next week to see them and i cant wait, i neber thought id ever get the chance

  • "Good evening. We are Rage Against The Machine from Los Angeles California"....the best 12 words ive ever heard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • jesus t in the park had it bad! rage during the day? and the size of a gap between the crowd and the stage! it was well dark when they started at oxegen and we were dead close aswell!

  • we were closer than it looks in the video, and by the time they had finished the 1st 2 songs it was dark anyway.

  • According to the bbc "Rage against the machine have a blanket ban on any of their European tour being broadcast"

  • how early shold u leave before to get a decent spot. seeing them in chicago and not really sure how early i should go before to the AT&T stage. thanks

  • I queued to get into the inner circle bit when the band before them were on and got a great spot near the front, but obviously you could go earlier if you like the band on before them, at TITP it was the fratellis, and well come on, i didn't really want to put myself through watching them, and turns out i ddin't need to :D

  • when i was at t in the park 06 i was quing for like 2 hours to get to the main stage but that was for the WHO!!!

  • Great video. What a spot. Couldn't get anywhere near, had to miss end of Raconteurs set to leg it across for RATM. Best gig ever was fucked for days

  • Best ever.

  • how did you get so close? do u work there or sumfin?

  • cuando va a tar en chileeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! xd

  • Nice move man. I barely remember much from that weekend apart from Rage and Seasick Steve.

Nice second name btw I am a Miller too :)

P.s. You didnt happen to get any of Seasick Steve did you? The fuckers didnt even have cameras in the tent?!

  • The BBC tend not to film the first couple, or few, bands from each tent or stage. Some tents don't have coverage at all so all the great emerging talent that play the smaller tents never get broadcast. The Beeb are only interested in the big names.

  • They were brilliant live, but I was wondering why they didn't want to be filmed?

  • No Idea. They may just be making a statement - one that reads 'we don't give a shit about our fans that can't be bothered to come see us live'.

  • I think its cause, well it just promotes advertising they don't want or believe in.

And they were doing festival gigs to give out their message as they think the world needs them.

It was the best gig I've ever been at, people missed them to see the Kaiser Chiefs! Guh honestly.

    lol:P

  • @miller150474 That could be the reason, but I have a feeling that by allowing the BBC to film it, it would go against everything they stand for. The are called Rage Against the MACHINE for a start; the BBC being part of the machine.

  • Big American lables never seem to allow their acts to be filmed.

  • everyone is bouncing like fuckkk. man this makes me wanna go back so bad! How did you manage to get to that spot to film? media pass?

  • I'm a camera operator but Rage weren't allowing anyone to film them so we got to watch instead...although we got moved from that spot pretty sharpish by their fascistic bouncers.

  • insane. wish i had gone. fuckkkk.

  • Great video was there on the front lines also. My body was aching for about 4 days afterwards. Fucking amazing gig!!!!

  • i fought on the frontlines at the battle of kinross. and survived... just

  • Thanks for posting this, i survived the Rage T in The Park 2008. Best gig ever.
