its called astronomical calender,even some citizen watches sell them.with sun/moon phase.

Actually, it's a perpetual calendar with a Moon-Phase indicator, Citizen has perpetual calendars but they are Quartz, not mechanical.

Citizen have the Campanola which is hand made and hence mechanical !!
