@drainedfudge no... even after several years... both in game and real guitar, there are things called "hammer-on's" and "pull-offs.." In game they work on the notes that have no ring around the white circle.. where you can click the button after having a successful strum on the note prior to that one, but on a real guitar it works when you have strummed before and the vibration is still in the string and you can create a different note from that.. or you can tap it to create a vibration.. :P
