@chunkatty Thanks chunkatty. I injured it at work, putting my backpack on ready to go home. A silly little thng has caused so much grief and pain, it's crazy. Thank God for worker's comp though...they have been really good to me.

ps, sorry about the semi naked video of me...i hope you dont have nightmares. a lot of those marks on me were the doctors texta.

Hi BB. Glad to hear all went well. Nothing worse than a shoulder injury. I've been suffering with one for the last few months too. Mine is not bad enough for surgery but the damn things take so long to heal.

@pictgroove4 Thanks for that Pict. I didn't notice the difference in my face that much....but it must have been noticeable! I'm doing physio 5 times a day to get the movement back....fairly early after surgery, but a necessary pain.....oxycodone (endone) is a wonderful drug though :) Stocking are long gone!!!!! :)

So when are you going to have your RC heli follow you on your bike so you can get some aerial shots for a motovlog?

Very happy to hear the surgery went well and there wasn't as much damage to your shoulder as the Dr thought.  Always a good thing when they tell you they needed to do less than planned. :D
