@gilesmic thats interesting to know. You can always add some shredded coconut in the end as a garnish or use paste of cashews which lend Korma that sweet , mild flavor. Ofcourse coconut milk can also be used but that will give the dish a completely different flavor (a good one though...)
@savator408 not sure what you mean..are you thinking of using chicken instead of cauliflower? I do have a chicken korma video and chicken jalfrezi..You can absolutely modify the recipe as per your taste..thats the beauty of Indian cooking..if using chicken..you'll have to fry it first to seal the juices and then add gravy.

Whenever I have veggie korma at restaurants, it has a coconut flavor. Do they use coconut milk instead of cream or something?
