I'd love seeing the result but personally I think a TTG (Two Tongued Girl) very attractive. I suggest venoms for each side of the cut, or (better) an horizontal bar just behind the end of the cut. A stretched (8mm) labret would be great on you, as well as a teflon heart implanted in your chest and some dots tattooed closed to your eyes. Well, they're my favorite suggestions and nothing more than suggestions, you decide them. By the way: you're more than a TTG; you're a TTA (Two Tongued Angel).

Yeah, it sucked. But some of my tattoos (middle of my chest and parts around my elbow) hurt worse than my tongue split. I'm not saying you're weak or some bullshit like that, but for me, the pain stayed around an 8, luckily.
