We broke the trick down into little steps, gave her lots of encouragement, praise and many, many treats! We focused for the first few weeks on getting her to follow our hand (with a treat in it) in a controlled manner 180 degrees. Once she accomplished that, we added the "sit" command. Gradually, we were able to stop saying "sit" because she figured out she received the treat after she sat down and looked away from us. She enjoyed learning this trick and still enjoys doing it
