So in a way, she may have been saying yes. And there was one boy in the library who sticks to his story of hearing the conversation and Cassie say "Yes." He believes that's what happened, no matter what.
Wow, thats just really desperate. Isn't there a commandment agaisnt lying or bearing false witness? Your library witness only heard but didn't see. The two girls had similar voices. When asked where he heard the voice coming from he pointed to where Schnurr had been hiding, not Bernall.
Eyewtiness testimony is incredibly unreliable - any student of criminology can tell you that. Most overturned imprisonments are those based on eyewitness accounts.

During the begining they threw a pipe bomb at her and Richard Castaldo, then opend fire, with both of their shot guns. Rachel Scott died instantly and Richard Castaldo was parailyzed. Harris and Klebold were near the stairs, after shooting both of them, they then turned toward the door and Klebold Sprayed it with bullets from his Intertrak-DCTEC9, shooting daniel. and his freinds.
when Rachel got first shot, she injured but still alive. then one of the shooters shot again and she murdered. but yeah, there's some confusing about "Do you believe in God" stuff.
actually she was asked that & wasn't killed instantly she was still alive she was crying trying to get away but when harris & klebold was that Rachel was still alive they came back mocked her for her faith grabbed her by her hair by harris & was asked "Do u still believe in God" she looked up at him & said "You know I do" & harris then said "then go be with him" & fatally shot her in the head

@STONECOLD1988, how can you really know that? Just because the media first says one thing and then denies it afterwards because they feel silly about saying the real truth or wanting to hide it, doesn't means that their second option is what's really true. ;-)
I dont think Rachel Scott had the question. I watched the documentary on it, the guy, supposedly her boyfriend, just said how the guys came toward her and shot her. He mentioned nothing of any confrontation between the two. But then again, the guy (boyfriend?) seemed pretty straightforward and emotionless.
God bless her, she was so brave, but I wonder what she's doing today?
