  • @BigBadBadger1 An arrow or my punch?

  • Insane! Keep it up gal!

  • I can run 12.4 for 3.5 minutes

  • Running 10 mph isn't hard it's basically running 6 minute mile pace

  • @TennisPlayer1922 that depends on how long she is running it for, if she keeps it up for 20 minutes it is BRILLIANT...

  • i can run at 11.3 mph for 2minutes

  • If you are going to race then repeats are. She's got a long way to go, but at least she's trying.

  • Slower than my pace for 1600 meter repeats....I'm 48....not too impressive.

  • @bsullivan161 1600m repeats? That's not even necessary.

  • Omg tht looks really hard im lucky when I get up to 7mph

  • That's how I look at 20.5 MPH.

  • She looks amazing, way to go getting so trim and fit!

  • Doesnt look like 10mph. Moee like 7.

  • @MegaYouri13 Nah, it's legit. You can tell by her unnaturally rapid stride. 10 mph isn't insane or anything, so there is no reason to doubt that she can do it for 20 seconds.

  • @cicirunner .... yea. I can sustain 10mph for about a minute and a half or so.

  • @MegaYouri13

    i agree i was guessing 7mph also

  • I just wasted 33 seconds of my life :(

  • bad form

  • e alura ??????

  • my sprinting speed is above 12 mph 10mph? nothing.

  • @UncalledTerror

12 mph on a spinning bike!! Wow! you must be proud of yourself. I was simply stating her speed. She has lost over 70 pounds and kept it off. 5 foot tall and 10mph and lost 70 pounds. Maybe you should get back on your spin bike and stop posting comments on youtube. Have a great day.

  • 10mph comes out to a 6 minute mile right

  • @wafflepwnify

yes it does. I do that as a warm up and then my 300 workout after

  • Hello, may I ask does running help lose stomach fat? Thanks!

  • no dah of course

  • @hiblablabla you can't target specific areas of fat, but with consistent cardiovascular exercise, yes,you can lost stomach fat

  • Ok i usually do 2 miles everyday on the treadmill. it takes me 25 mins...Now i want to push it to 4 miles which will take me 1 hr max....Do you think its save for me to do the 4 miles straight or slow down when i hit 2 miles?

  • @jaehood109 listen to your own body, if you feel good after two miles, then push the pace. If not, then slow down. But i am positive that it will be safe for you to run four miles. Good luck.

  • @jaehood109 work your way up slowly, then you won't be disappointed and you'll train your body to keep improving.

  • If you do 10mph, 6 times with breaks inbetween.. you shred calories like crazy :) ..keep it up girl!

  • Elite runner? Who said she was. She is simply a member that has lost 70 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!! Who cares if her form is perfect? She has done a great job! Plus, as someone else put on your blog, where are your videos so that we can learn to run with PERFECT FORM! Great work girl. KEEP RUNNING!!!

  • @karatecurtis1 Dont swing your body and stand tall ...thats it...

  • @wildkaos626 your an idiot

  • How long can she keep that up?

  • just got up .1 a day and u get to 10mph easily work on endurance before speed thou... but if your not in shape you should probably go at a apt pace for a long distance instead of going 10mph for .11 of a mile -_-

  • i ran for 10 mph for 21:30 befor but it was up and down hill so it was a wierd average but it was ok because i was 13 wen i done it

  • Ive ran 12mph for 15 minutes before

  • Keep working at it. She was 70 pounds over weight. She didn't start off running that fast. Train hard, Put God First, and never give up.

  • @karatecurtis1 put god first? FUCK YOU

  • @xUNxTeam At least religious people have manners.

  • @cpcrame Really? I didn't know non-religious people didn't have manners.

  • @ranma763 Really? I didn't know I said that non-religious people didn't have manners.

  • @cpcrame Your sentence structure sure does imply it.

If, however, that's not what you're saying, then your original sentence means nothing at all, because by the logic of your defensive response; everyone has manners whether religious or not(nullifying your original asinine statement).

Your choice, either choose to come off as a prick, or come off as a failed smartass.

  • @cpcrame I read your comment, I saw to whom it was. I simply acknowledged what you, yourself said.

  • @ranma763 Oh, okay. I'm glad that's over.

  • @cpcrame You are correct though, and I will indeed stop. It's all understandable really when one puts you side to side with the other fellows very.. eloquent.. comment.

  • She's still looking great still today...

  • thats the best way to lose it, runing 10mph is 1280 calories per hour!!

    keep it up! ;D

  • AWESUME DUDE!!!!!!
