But if you have ever had a violin in your hands, you know the difference in sound between a string that is being played and a string that is just still vibrating without the bow touching it. In this case, it is quite clear that the string is still being played in the soundtrack while in the video the bow has already been lifted. So the "cut different soundtracks into the video" theory is the most plausible.

To the people who are confused about the sound continuing after the bow stops moving: He obviously did multiple takes of this recording. For aesthetic reasons, it's better to have a single continuous take in a video, but he most likely cut in his best musical phrases from various takes into the audio track. No big deal.

@max171717 well it depends HOW you practice, and if your consistent everyday. im not even sure what to tell you but i can say this, if you practiced the flute for 2-3 years, its about the equivalent to 7-8 years on the violin.

i say roughly 4...5 years 3 minimum to get this good or more.
