Being the listener (which I thought would have been the most fun) ended up being the least fun faction leader of all the factions. I'd have liked it better if they added more dark brotherhood assassins at the end f the game (more than three) and actuallly given the names other than "dark brotherhood murderer". It would have been kick ass to be the listener at a time before "The Purification"

go to any chapel, there confess your vampirism to a priest.. he will sends to the arcane university where you will be sent on a long and hard(or not, bepending on where you are in game) quest after which you'll get a cure for vampirism

be warned you can only get ONE cure and after taking said cure you can NEVER become a vampire again

You can pray at altars so long as your fame is greater than your infamy. So do some 'good' quests such as the mages guild, fighters guild, etc.

If you got KOTN you can do the pilgrimage to remove your infamy.

She is tagged as essential. To kill the Night Mother you would have to turn off the essential flag. This quest is the only access to her. Killing her could be a problem as you can see she transports the character from the crypt. You could use the console to get out of the crypt. But it might cause a glitch in your game if the internal script is affected by killing her. Is it worth risking a glitch?
