Darkfall is doing great, reminds me a lot of EVE when it came out - a bit rough at release with a dedicated following, evolving into the best sandbox game on the market bar none.

DF needs to stay true to the sandbox model and continue to add sandboxy features. I think the biggest failing of the game is not having local banks, the lack of regional-based markets, and localised rare resources.

The combat system is excellent but lacks depth. I don't think the "everyone's a hybrid" model works.

'I didnt even notice a change until 1:30 into the clip with the forest. Everything else was too quite(I know its a work in progress I'm just saying).

I run the game at max with 190 FPS, and 90+ in sieges but that's with shadows off of course. Once DF 2010 gets into full swing and I can use Multiple cores on my CPU for DF then Ill turn the shadows on.
