For instance, They were at my friends door because of a party. I chose to leave. I am of age and was not intoxicated, as I was the DD. I exit the house and the officer stops me asks for my ID. I hand it to him without saying anything. He keeps asking I replied "Sir, I am choosing not to answer any questions and am going to remain silent." He then tells me "Well, if I don't tell him who lives there then he is going to arrest me for felony breaking and entering. When that clearly was not the case

Most dont. Often times cops start a conversation with patrons when no crime has been committed and all of a sudden when that person chooses not to answer questions or chooses to ignore the officer all of a sudden he or she is "Impeding an investigation" When ever I am stopped by officers I never say a word, hand them My Identification, they keep asking and I stay quiet. They often threaten to arrest me for a crime that clearly was not committed but only because they are frustrated I wont answer

Too all you cop lovers out there I love how we are gonna be in a full on police state at some point in America. A man was charged with breaking the wire tap law because be video taped an officer during a traffic stop. A man was beat in Philadelphia by officers because he was reluctant when all he was doing was waiting for his food. Cops want you to be breaking the law, they want to find a reason to bust you. Am I saying that they plant evidence or make shit up? I am sure some do but......
